Itinerary

Day 1 :
Day 01: Arrival in Srinagar

Upon arrival at Srinagar airport, our representative warmly welcomes you and assists with your transfer to a Super Deluxe houseboat. Check-in and relax amidst the royal hospitality. In the evening, experience the serene beauty of Dal Lake with a Shikara ride. Witness the mesmerizing sunset from the Shikara, leaving you spellbound. Later, enjoy a welcome dinner and overnight stay in the houseboat.

Day 2 :
Day 02: Srinagar to Gulmarg (85 kms / approx. 2½ hour drive)

Check out early from the houseboat and head to Gulmarg, passing through scenic landscapes of willow trees, streams, and lush green meadows. Gulmarg, known as the meadow of flowers, offers panoramic views of snow-capped peaks and dense forests. Take a leisurely stroll or opt for pony rides to explore the picturesque surroundings. Enjoy a thrilling ride on the Gondola lift (own expense). Return to Srinagar in the evening and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 :
Day 03: Srinagar - Day Excursion to Sonamarg (90 kms / approx. 3 hour drive)

Embark on a full-day excursion to Sonamarg, the 'meadow of gold'. Explore the area known for trout and mahseer fishing in the Sindh River. Enjoy activities like pony rides to glaciers for some snow and ice fun (own expense). Return to Srinagar in the evening and stay overnight at the hotel.

Day 4 :
Day 04: Srinagar to Pahalgam (102 kms / approx. 3½ hour drive)

Early morning, depart for Pahalgam, also known as the 'valley of shepherds'. En route, visit the ancient Awantipura ruins, a temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, enjoy the natural beauty or take a walk to Baisaren village, surrounded by pine and fir forests. In the evening, return to Srinagar for an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 5 :
Day 05: Departure from Srinagar

We transfer you to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey, bidding farewell with cherished memories of your Travel Inn® Tours & Travels experience.
